Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 15–20 Amazon accounts, driving performance and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve sales, conversion, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead client conversations with a strategic mindset and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Translate data and operational challenges into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of analysts and specialists responsible for execution.
  • Delegate work effectively, set priorities, and maintain strong team coordination.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Oversee Amazon operational areas such as listings, inventory health, and account performance.
  • Identify risks such as stockouts or listing issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and advertising teams to improve performance and internal workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
  • 2–3+ years of experience managing Amazon seller operations in an agency environment with multiple accounts.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, ideally 10+ and at least 6+.
  • Strong people management and delegation skills, with experience leading teams or pods.
  • Ability to manage client communication and internal team coordination at the same time.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience owning strategy rather than only execution.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals, including listings, inventory, and account health.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to new processes, and work full-time EST hours with full overlap.
  • Preferred: experience managing 15+ accounts or brands.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ClickUp, Google Sheets, Helium 10, or Data Dive.
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with creative and advertising teams.
  • Preferred: prior experience coaching or mentoring team members.
