Description

  • Manage daily communication with partner accounts through email, Slack, and scheduled virtual meetings.
  • Provide proactive status updates and escalate issues quickly when needed.
  • Present performance insights to clients and other stakeholders during account reviews.
  • Translate client feedback and timeline changes into clear briefs for internal media buyers and developers.
  • Maintain daily project tracking, task pipelines, and creative asset documentation in Notion.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track key campaign metrics such as revenue, spend, and margins.
  • Serve as the main relationship hub and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in account management, campaign coordination, or client services within a marketing agency.
  • Strong professional verbal and written English skills.
  • Comfort managing virtual rooms and speaking with U.S.-based executives, including CEOs, VPs, and founders.
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, trend data, and quantitative reporting.
  • An ownership mindset with punctuality, proactive curiosity, and the ability to flag anomalies or solutions.
  • Must reside in a LATAM country.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
