Description

  • Source and reach out to 50 passive candidates per day.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices and share market insights.
  • Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders during the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs while maintaining 100% compliance with QA standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for U.S. companies.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with clear, professional communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and report KPIs.
  • Must be located in LATAM.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
