Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client meetings and communicate strategy, performance, and next steps.
  • Oversee execution across Google Ads, paid media, SEO, Google Business Profile, websites, landing pages, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Review, quality-check, and approve campaign work before it is delivered to clients.
  • Identify performance issues such as tracking, conversions, and lead quality, and drive solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal PPC, SEO, design, content, and web teams to deliver work on time.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention while proactively reducing churn.
  • Monitor account performance and continuously look for opportunities to improve results.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads.
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, email, social, and websites.
  • Ability to review, QA, and understand PPC campaigns even without directly executing them.
  • Excellent professional English and confidence working with U.S. clients.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage approximately 30 accounts simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
