Description

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Manage day-to-day client-facing needs for medical rebate administration operations.
  • Support contract setup, validation, and ongoing maintenance of rebate terms and parameters.
  • Ensure execution aligns with client elections and manufacturer agreements.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to resolve invoicing and reporting discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve rebate capture and client value.
  • Support stakeholder interactions during rebate administration audits, including with manufacturers and clients.
  • Enhance the scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of rebate operations.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation.
  • Implement tools, automation, and workflows to support medical rebate administration visual controls.
  • Partner with internal teams such as analytics, finance, client success, and product to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management related to rebate services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
  • Direct experience with rebates, including medical or pharmacy benefit rebates.
  • Direct experience in client account management and/or client success support.
  • Strong understanding of rebate processes, contract language, and financial reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with medical benefit drug rebates, such as buy-and-bill, J-code drugs, and specialty therapeutics.
  • Preferred experience working at or partnering with a PBM, health plan, or specialty pharmacy.
  • Preferred familiarity with value-based or outcomes-based rebate arrangements.
  • Preferred experience working with medical claims data and healthcare analytics tools.
  • Preferred knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, such as CMS, Medicaid, and commercial contracts.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on financial accuracy.
  • Able to translate complex contract terms into clear operational workflows.

  • Anticipated annual base pay range of $140,000 to $160,000.
  • Additional variable compensation opportunities.
