Description

  • Manage the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and drive high net revenue retention.
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic business engagements and contract discussions.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and milestone reviews to align customer goals with BenchPrep’s offerings.
  • Anticipate customer needs and align account strategy to long-term business objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, Sales, Product, and Support to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and strategic opportunities.
  • Track and contribute to key impact metrics including renewals, upsells, organic growth, and customer NPS.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role supporting complex, technical products.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially around contracts and renewals.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a track record of achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Passion for driving customer success and aligning business goals.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations and company retreats as needed, up to 50%.
  • Experience working with strategic accounts or account ownership is preferred.
  • Ability to work with remote, U.S.-based teams and participate in virtual collaboration.
  • Interest in a role where compensation is evaluated within a $90,000-$105,000 base salary range plus commission.
