Description

  • Own the growth strategy and performance for a portfolio of approximately 7–10 Amazon brands, including roadmap development, prioritization, and execution sequencing.
  • Build and execute product launch strategies covering readiness, keyword planning, review generation, and scaling phases.
  • Diagnose performance constraints across traffic, conversion, pricing, creative, inventory, and catalog structure.
  • Lead bi-weekly client communications and strategy discussions as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver clear performance updates, recaps, and actionable insights.
  • Identify risks such as inventory issues, suppressions, and compliance problems, and present solutions proactively.
  • Manage and lead a cross-functional pod of PPC, creative, and catalog team members.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure timely execution across PPC, creative, and catalog workstreams.
  • Maintain quality control across all outputs so they are conversion-driven and aligned with Amazon best practices.
  • Oversee account performance, reporting, testing, and continuous optimization across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience in agency or brand-side roles, with full ownership of account performance.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon PPC strategy, including campaign structure, targeting, bid strategy, and performance measurement.
  • Deep understanding of conversion levers such as listing images, A+ content, copy, pricing, and offer strategy.
  • Proven knowledge of keyword strategy, indexing, ranking mechanics, and product launch sequencing.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams such as PPC, creative, or catalog.
  • High emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reduce complexity for others.
  • Proven reliability and stability in previous roles.
  • Experience working in agency or consultancy environments.
  • Experience in CPG categories such as supplements, beauty, food and beverage, household, or pet is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Datadive, Scale Insights, Merchant Spring, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP is preferred.
  • Experience implementing new tools, systems, or processes is preferred.
  • Background in managing creative pipelines, including briefing, iteration, and execution, is preferred.

  • $3,000 USD/month salary, open to negotiation depending on experience.
  • 100% remote work environment.
  • Must overlap with Pacific Time, with core hours between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM PT, flexible within reason.
