Description

  • Maintain and update core records accurately.
  • Run data quality checks and correct errors.
  • Import, export, and reconcile data between systems.
  • Build routine reports for operations and management.
  • Document processes to ensure repeatable work.
  • Identify data gaps and recommend practical fixes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in data administration, data entry, or records management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Experience maintaining a database or CRM.
  • Careful, methodical approach to accuracy and version control.
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for UK-hours work.
  • Basic SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience with Google Sheets automation preferred.
  • Familiarity with data protection practices preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of R29,000–R32,000 per month.
  • Permanent, fully remote role with a UK employer.
  • Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time, equivalent to 11:00–19:00 SAST.
