Description

  • Own ServiceTitan configuration, workflows, roadmap, releases, and continuous optimization end to end.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct, Smartsheet, Zoho Desk, and Microsoft 365.
  • Onboard newly acquired brands into ServiceTitan, including setup, data migration, and transition from AccuLynx.
  • Administer multi-brand, multi-tenant ServiceTitan environments across distinct business units.
  • Build out business units, tags, skills, workflows, SBET/pricebook, templates, and reporting through a governed rollout.
  • Evaluate, clean, map, and validate large data sets for migrations and operational improvements.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize the backlog, and deliver work with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Establish governance guardrails and drive training to improve adoption across brands.
  • Present updates and recommendations to US-based leadership, brand teams, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Hands-on ServiceTitan administration experience in a live production environment.
  • Experience configuring business units, workflows, templates, pricebook/SBET, and reporting in ServiceTitan.
  • Experience administering ServiceTitan or a comparable field-services CRM across multiple business units or brands.
  • Experience mapping, cleaning, and migrating data into ServiceTitan or a similar operational CRM.
  • Fluent professional English, written and verbal, with confidence presenting on camera to stakeholders.
  • Daily comfort using modern AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Collaborative style and ability to build trust across teams.
  • Builder mindset with initiative, ownership, and desire to grow scope.
  • Roofing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in US services and trades industries such as exteriors, home services, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
  • Exposure to Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP preferred.
  • Experience integrating a field CRM with ERP or spend-management platforms preferred.
  • Experience in PE-backed, multi-brand, or roll-up environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with EagleView, Hover, SRS, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, LeapCRM, SalesRabbit, Xactimate, or Paylocity preferred.
