Description

  • Review the sales pipeline daily to identify stalled jobs, missing information, and items needing manager review.
  • Contact sales representatives through Podium or CRM messaging to obtain missing details and move jobs forward.
  • Update CRM job records accurately and promptly based on information from the sales team.
  • Monitor for inconsistencies, missing documentation, or stalled progress and proactively escalate issues to operations leadership.
  • Call insurance companies on behalf of active claims to request status updates, verify coverage details, and document outcomes.
  • Track insurance call activity and maintain organized records for internal reference and manager review.
  • Send template-based client emails at key stages of the job process and respond to basic inquiries or route them appropriately.
  • Create and format client-facing photo reports using job photos from the field team.
  • Assist with basic project estimates using company templates and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain organized job files and support the operations manager and sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability.
  • Up to $6/hr compensation.
  • No prior roofing experience required; training will be provided on systems, processes, and industry-specific tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice and flag issues proactively.
  • Strong communication skills and good follow-through.
  • Comfort using a CRM platform for job tracking, pipeline management, and internal messaging.
  • Ability to use Podium for text-based communication with sales representatives.
  • Ability to use email, phone, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for administrative work.
  • Willingness to follow established workflows while identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Ability to work remotely and support a fast-moving sales and operations team.
