Description

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing and validation across multiple countries.
  • Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs and outputs.
  • Reconcile payroll results and identify discrepancies between expected and final figures.
  • Investigate payroll differences and coordinate with internal teams and external payroll partners to resolve issues.
  • Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, and leave.
  • Review payroll calculations and supporting documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and trackers.
  • Use payroll technology and automated validation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Learn and support payroll requirements for additional countries as operations evolve.

Requirements

  • Hands-on payroll experience, ideally including in-house payroll processing.
  • Experience independently managing payroll for at least one country.
  • Understanding of payroll inputs, calculations, validations, reconciliations, and outputs.
  • Ability to investigate payroll discrepancies and explain changes in results.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with payroll data and numbers.
  • Comfort using payroll systems, Excel or Google Sheets, and automated tools.
  • Strong English communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and payroll partners.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving payroll processes.
  • Payroll experience in the US (preferred).
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple countries, including platforms such as ADP or automated validation, reconciliation, or AI-enabled tools (preferred).
