Description

  • Process payroll for countries across Europe while ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Review, check, and approve salary registers for the European region.
  • Generate invoices in the HRIS system based on payroll data and share them with clients.
  • Respond to client and internal stakeholder questions about payroll calculations, invoicing, and service fees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve and maintain payroll processes across the region.
  • Monitor regional employment tax regulations and apply updates to payroll processing.
  • Enter data into payroll databases, calculate total cost of employment, and summarize payroll reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on European payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, employer burden, and pension contributions for European countries, especially Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Well-versed in local employment tax rules and compliance across Europe.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple global locations and employee headcounts above 500.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • High-energy, success-driven attitude with self-initiative and a positive can-do mindset.
