Description

  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy for Remote’s Global Payroll solution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll, product features, and industry developments.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that communicate the solution’s value proposition.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks and enablement materials for the Global Payroll sales cycle.
  • Translate customer business needs into a scope of work for implementation handoff.
  • Enable solutions consulting and sales teams on the technical aspects and value proposition of the Global Payroll solution.
  • Provide commercially minded feedback to product teams on market needs and product fit.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
  • Pre-sales solution consulting and/or consulting experience with a proven consultative approach.
  • Consulting and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS.
  • Experience with contractor management tools/platforms, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales processes with solid sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.
  • Relevant payroll certifications such as CIPP, CIPM (UK), or an EMEA equivalent are a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and tools such as Xero or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; German or French fluency is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Location anywhere in EMEA; applications and CV must be submitted in English.
