Description

  • Resolve assigned tickets each week across multiple Remote verticals using email and live messaging channels.
  • Respond to standard tickets within agreed Service Level times to meet productivity and SLA expectations.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while advocating for and improving the customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales to resolve issues and surface customer feedback.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and support workflows.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, escalate or route complex cases as needed, and follow through to resolution.
  • Serve as the voice and ear for users, communicating user needs and trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Work proactively and asynchronously, prioritizing tasks and balancing productivity with quality and empathy.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience providing Live Chat and Email support.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving the customer journey and advocating for customers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills; diligent, persistent, kind, and patient.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and working asynchronously.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Nice-to-have: experience working remotely or in a fast-growing organization.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension systems.
  • This role is location-specific for the AMER region and the successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
