Description

  • Post transactions in SAP and maintain accounting records.
  • Close and reconcile sub-ledgers including AP, AR, fixed assets, bank, and intercompany accounts.
  • Record and reconcile payroll for multiple countries.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with variance analysis.
  • Ensure the portfolio complies with local statutory filing requirements, including VAT returns, statutory financial documents, and CIT returns.
  • Support statutory close activities and financial statement preparation.
  • Perform financial analysis and contribute to other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Post-qualification accounting experience.
  • EMEA timezone availability is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using core finance systems; SAP or similar is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles and compliance requirements.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good financial analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time well and meet constant deadlines in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English language skills, written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is preferred but not required.
