Description

  • Implement new AI features directly into company products.
  • Design and build tools and frameworks to augment LLM and VLM capabilities.
  • Develop AI automations and autonomous AI agents.
  • Fine-tune and maintain models using tools such as the HuggingFace toolkit.
  • Monitor model performance and implement improvements.
  • Lead rapid R&D iterations — take concepts from proof of concept to MVP to production.
  • Evaluate internal and external solutions and run experiments to identify improvements.
  • Work with and guide internal teams to build custom datasets and integrate AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in the AI/ML space, with at least 2 years working with language models.
  • Strong software engineering background; proficiency in Python (Rust is nice-to-have).
  • Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning of models.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools: ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, and AI Agents.
  • Understanding of neural network theory and Transformer architectures.
  • Experience taking projects from idea to prototype to production in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in R&D teams is highly valued.
  • Experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a plus.
  • Traits: curiosity, willingness to learn, ability to take ownership while collaborating in small teams, and ambition to raise quality levels.
