Description

  • Monitor the accounts payable inbox and respond to inquiries and issues.
  • Record invoices in internal systems and verify financial data for accounts payable records.
  • Process payments to vendors in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform bank account reconciliations.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely recording and processing of invoices and payroll reports.
  • Prepare vendor reconciliations and help identify discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Work with vendors to request invoice changes, tax removals, and other updates while maintaining positive correspondence.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Complete other duties assigned by the AP Team Lead based on Finance department priorities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Finance professional, Accountant, or Accounts Payable Specialist.
  • Finance background is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English is required.
  • Strong communication skills for working with colleagues and partners across different regions and time zones.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and structure daily work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with people across functions and locations.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and know when to ask for support or confirmation.
  • Strong attention to detail for handling financial data and numbers.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing spreadsheets, contracts, calculations, and projections.
