Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Understand customer business challenges, needs, and objectives related to data unification and AI.
  • Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Design tailored solution architectures that fit customer requirements and existing technology environments.
  • Lead proof-of-concept engagements that showcase Reltio’s value.
  • Respond to technical questions and objections from prospects and customers.
  • Lead technical work for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Share field feedback with Product Management and Engineering to support product improvement.
  • Support marketing events such as trade shows and webinars with presentations and demos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role in enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data challenges, data integration, and data unification value.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud architectures, and data platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data management or business intelligence (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, or CPG/Retail verticals (preferred).
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or API integrations (preferred).
