Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
  • Manage complex B2B inquiries and resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and client experience.
  • Document client interactions and solutions in the internal management system.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve B2B service offerings.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent written and spoken German is mandatory.
  • Valid EU passport is required for onboarding and relocation.
  • Experience in Customer Support Services or a similar B2B consultancy environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency for collaboration with a multinational team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
