Description

  • Build and manage marketing plans that support business growth goals.
  • Identify new ways to attract customers and improve customer retention.
  • Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Improve campaign performance through data, testing, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a clear and consistent brand message across customer-facing channels.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support growth goals.
  • Lead and support marketing team members, set goals, and improve team performance.
  • Work closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities.
  • Track marketing performance, manage budgets responsibly, and present updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, growth, or business development roles.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong experience building and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple customer channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
  • Experience using data and reporting to measure marketing performance and improve results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in healthcare, insurance, technology, or other fast-paced service industries (nice to have).
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships or business development initiatives (nice to have).
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments (nice to have).
  • Experience managing regional or multi-market marketing activities (nice to have).
