Description

  • Create clear French-language posts for Reliance Health social channels across francophone markets.
  • Plan weekly and monthly content with guidance from the manager and adapt messaging for each platform.
  • Write captions, blog posts, email copy, social posts, and scripts in French and English for francophone audiences.
  • Review French content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the Reliance Health tone of voice.
  • Support internal communications by drafting updates, announcements, and newsletters in French when needed.
  • Track performance of posts and campaigns and prepare monthly dashboards with insights for francophone audiences.
  • Help plan and execute marketing and communications campaigns targeted at francophone markets.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, clinical, and leadership teams to keep French-language content accurate, on-brand, and on schedule.
  • Maintain brand and tone governance by flagging translation inconsistencies and cultural misalignment.
  • Research social trends and suggest content ideas that resonate with different francophone African audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and CRM tools.
  • Very strong writing skills in both French and English, with strong clarity, grammar, and structure.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with an understanding of francophone African digital culture.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Data literacy and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and insights.
  • Basic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut is a plus.
  • Experience with health tech, fintech, or B2B content is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple francophone markets such as Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, or Cameroon is preferred.
  • Skills in Zoho and Adobe Suite are preferred.
  • Previous experience in content creation and creative writing for French-speaking audiences is preferred.
