Description

  • Set up and maintain customer projects in PSA tools such as OpenAir.
  • Manage monthly invoicing by validating timesheets, securing approvals, processing charges, and submitting invoices on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate resource bookings and billable versus non-billable allocations.
  • Coordinate with delivery, customer success, and PM leadership on project setup and status.
  • Serve as project manager for assigned strategic customer accounts.
  • Track tasks, communicate status, and manage risks and issues for assigned accounts.
  • Align with consultants and customer stakeholders to keep deliverables on track.
  • Prepare customer-facing reports and updates.
  • Identify inefficiencies in invoicing, pipeline management, time tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Support PMO automation initiatives and maintain SOP documentation.
  • Escalate blockers or capacity issues with clear impact and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with PSA or project management tools such as OpenAir or Jira.
  • Comfort working with project financials.
  • Clear, professional communication with internal teams and customers.
  • A process-oriented mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, ideally in SaaS or tech services.
  • Experience in supply chain or retail is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
