Description

  • Manage and monitor grant administration for a portfolio of water programs, including project status tracking, historical records, timelines, and proposal compliance.
  • Maintain the grants database and keep partner and staff information accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Review partner proposals and quarterly progress reports for data quality and consistency, and provide feedback to support revisions.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, draft meeting minutes and team presentations, and track action items from team and partner discussions.
  • Process reports and manage the grant agreement process, including drafting, reviewing, finalizing, and ensuring compliance with charity: water requirements.
  • Write and review program-related copy for fundraising and external communications.
  • Share proposal and grant updates with other departments that rely on program data for reporting.
  • Support administrative needs for the Water Programs Manager and Portfolio Manager.
  • Collaborate across charity: water departments to improve efficiency and maximize their involvement in water programs.
  • Assist with travel coordination for the Programs team, including agendas, flights, visas, and country travel information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in international affairs, public health, public administration, data science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working or interning for a grantmaking organization or nonprofit.
  • Experience with data management, project management, and/or basic data analysis.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage time across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with or exposure to the WASH sector is preferred.
  • Experience in copywriting/editing, analytics, or AI integration and workflow development is preferred.
  • Relevant international work or study experience is preferred.
  • French language proficiency is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
  • Remote location requirement: US only.

  • Hourly pay of $25 - $26.44, annualized to $52,000 - $55,000.
