Description

  • Build and maintain offers for shows, tours, and festivals in internal ticketing systems.
  • Work with the Talent Buyer to update contracts based on artist requests and submit them to agents and management teams.
  • Manage the booking database and create data reports during offer negotiations.
  • Maintain complete show files with offers, contracts, riders, W-9s, and deposit confirmations.
  • Research artist and market data to support booking decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and contracting to ensure settlement paperwork is complete.
  • Assist with settlement tasks using internal ticketing systems.
  • Work with the Talent Buyer on stage running orders and lineup or billing order.
  • Communicate with agency and artist teams throughout the booking process.
  • May coordinate the work of interns or event-specific staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to act with discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Must be personable, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Knowledge of the music industry is preferred.
