Description

  • Own the retention strategy across patient activation, engagement, subscription growth, and churn reduction.
  • Lead the development of Releaf+ and ensure the subscription model delivers value to patients and the business.
  • Develop loyalty mechanics, refer-a-friend programmes, and other retention incentives.
  • Partner with the Brand Team to market retention products and help patients understand and use them.
  • Build proactive intervention programmes to identify and reduce patient drop-off before churn.
  • Work with the CRM & Lifecycle Lead to execute patient communications across the full lifecycle.
  • Ensure CRM activity is segmented, data-led, and aligned to retention goals.
  • Maintain the feedback loop between patient communications and operational changes such as medication or formulary updates.
  • Collaborate with CRO, UX, Clinical, Dev, Operations, Patient Support, and Performance Marketing teams on patient experience and handoffs.
  • Report on retention performance, surface insights, and support investment cases with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior growth, retention, or lifecycle marketing role, ideally in digital health, healthtech, or a subscription business.
  • Track record of improving retention metrics such as churn, LTV, activation, and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer or patient lifecycle communications.
  • Experience marketing subscription products or membership programmes, including auditing and rebuilding underperforming programmes.
  • Commercially minded with experience building business cases, setting goals, and owning outcomes.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and communicate it to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
