Description

  • Assemble and manufacture PCBAs for development, test, and ground equipment use.
  • Perform quality checks and visual inspections of PCBs and PCBAs according to industry standards.
  • Rework development and flight PCBAs as needed.
  • Support electromechanical assembly production by integrating PCBAs into mechanical enclosures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a soldering technician working on application-critical, high-complexity PCBAs.
  • Prior certification in industry-standard soldering practices.
  • Experience with electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling and safety procedures.
  • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations, including standing for extended periods or lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Associate degree or higher in electronics, avionics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Current or previous certification in IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, or similar industry standards (preferred).
  • Experience with fine-pitch soldering, rework, and repair of complex PCBA assemblies (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure aerospace environment and meet rigorous quality standards (preferred).
