Description

  • Protect people, facilities, intellectual property, and critical business operations.
  • Lead a high-performing physical security team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Partner across the business to keep security programs effective, scalable, and aligned with company growth.
  • Balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term security planning, risk mitigation, and program development.
  • Manage enterprise physical security programs, including security technology, vendor performance, budgets, and compliance.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Use sound judgment and initiative to make informed decisions in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Lead by example and drive ownership, accountability, and trust within the security organization.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise physical security programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with enterprise security platforms such as LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, or Verkada.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with executives.
  • Experience managing security technology, vendor performance, budgets, and compliance.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operations, risk mitigation, and long-term planning.
  • Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and able to make informed decisions in dynamic environments.
  • High-integrity leadership style with a commitment to protecting people, assets, and mission.
  • ASIS CPP or PSP certification, or an equivalent professional certification, preferred.
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments, preferred.
  • Active or previously held U.S. Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance, preferred.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Certification, preferred.
