Description

  • Lead, coach, recruit, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including light-prep kitchen operations where applicable.
  • Own scheduling, labor budgeting, and site-level metric performance.
  • Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Maintain key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to support team performance.
  • Use data to identify operational pain points and process inefficiencies.
  • Design, build, and execute process improvement projects to improve operations and employee experience.
  • Build a strong, positive team culture and drive employee satisfaction.
  • Support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
  • Track record of developing people and delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, ambiguous startup-like environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with first-principles thinking.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • College degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Availability for late-night and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Willingness to take ownership of a rapidly growing business.
