Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage and qualify property investment leads.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps with confidence.
  • Book strategy calls, consultations, and Zoom sessions with the advisory or sales team.
  • Maintain high show-up rates through structured reminders and personalised follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads using defined client criteria and investment frameworks.
  • Manage and update CRM pipelines, including call logs, lead notes, status updates, and performance tracking.
  • Use outbound dialers such as Go High Level dialer or similar tools for calling and follow-ups.
  • Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messaging.
  • Prepare light daily or weekly reports on leads handled, calls made, appointments booked, and show-up rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales/advisory team to refine scripts, qualification processes, and booking efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of professional experience working with Australian clients or companies is required.
  • Prior experience in property, real estate, property investment, mortgage broking, or related services is preferred.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and confidently manage phone conversations.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style.
  • Experience using Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM systems, including pipelines, tagging, workflows, and basic reporting.
  • Comfortable using outbound dialers for high-volume calling.
  • Highly organised, proactive, self-managed, and consistent with follow-ups.
  • Available full-time, 40 hours per week, aligned with Australian business hours.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection, own laptop or desktop, quiet workspace, and quality headset.
