Description

  • Own day-to-day operational delivery across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Host and co-host live classes and Zoom sessions for clients.
  • Answer customer emails and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Handle inbound leads and support client communication workflows.
  • Build and maintain systems, boards, checklists, and workflows that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot live technical issues during sessions and launches.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while keeping processes and customer interactions separate.
  • Monitor what is slipping operationally and proactively resolve issues before escalation.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English with a sharp, warm, professional tone.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting customers in a high-touch environment such as a boutique studio, private school, premium online program, or concierge service.
  • Proven experience running operations end-to-end, including launches or events.
  • Strong experience with Notion, ClickUp, or Asana, and a natural ability to build boards, checklists, and workflows.
  • Comfortable hosting and co-hosting live Zoom sessions and troubleshooting tech issues in real time.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without mixing processes, voices, or customers.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to the full 60-hour schedule, Monday to Saturday, 4:00pm to 2:00am Manila time (GMT+8).
  • Fast and reliable internet connection, plus your own laptop or desktop and a quiet working environment.
