Description

  • Decompose complex business problems into precise technical specifications that AI agents can implement directly and accurately.
  • Develop and own domain services in TypeScript and Node.js, including case lifecycle state machines, pricing engines, and payment-schedule logic.
  • Extract business logic from legacy Java and PL/SQL packages and reimplement it in a modern, test-driven environment.
  • Build append-only audit trails, segregation-of-duties controls, and reproducible calculations to support federal audit requirements.
  • Deliver vertical slices of functionality across the full stack, from React UI components to AWS CDK infrastructure-as-code.
  • Maintain an always-green main branch through continuous integration, automated testing, and rigorous peer review.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support an always-on beta environment and rapid iteration.
  • Work across the full ecosystem, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security fundamentals.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience building and operating production web systems.
  • Hands-on experience using agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent on professional codebases.
  • Professional proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security fundamentals.
  • Proven experience with modern ORMs such as Prisma and building or maintaining REST APIs.
  • Ability to read and interpret legacy PL/SQL and Java code for logic extraction, preferred.
  • Experience building financial calculation engines or audit-sensitive systems, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Temporal workflows or complex state machine management, preferred.
  • Prior experience in regulated or government environments such as FedRAMP, RMF, or IL-4/5, preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle-to-Postgres migrations, preferred.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud and container orchestration via EKS or ECS, preferred.
