Description

  • Support the delivery of client projects and transformation programmes.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Coordinate activities, actions, risks, and project documentation.
  • Gather, analyse, and organise information to support decision-making.
  • Support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to business change, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively across project, change, technical, and business teams.
  • Help clients deliver successful outcomes across complex transformation programmes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience supporting projects, programmes, business change, or transformation initiatives is beneficial.
  • Experience within a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Salary of £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Fully remote role with travel to client sites required.
