Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership on Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Design and evolve operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks that translate strategy into action.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to drive adoption of new ways of working and improve sales performance.
  • Lead the design, build, and launch of strategic commercial initiatives from concept to scalable operating model.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact initiatives and transition mature work to dedicated program managers.
  • Identify emerging commercial opportunities and help solve them in partnership with senior sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and the ability to navigate large datasets independently.
  • Comfort with data infrastructure, including the ability to interpret basic SQL or use AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex to generate queries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how organizational design and operational improvements affect customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
