Description

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing technical consultation on how Recycleye products fit into customer processes.
  • Develop and grow the Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland markets through market research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored marketing approaches.
  • Manage key accounts and regional projects, with responsibility for active prospecting and regular travel to client meetings and industry events.
  • Build a deep technical and commercial understanding of recycling processes and large-scale industrial operations.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new prospects through partners, networks, market research, and cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities to conduct commercial and technical pre-assessments and prepare proposals aligned with Recycleye guidelines and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate opportunities and develop winning deployment plans.
  • Analyse technical site and process drawings to support solution design and proposal development.
  • Communicate Recycleye’s value proposition through proposals and presentations and support clients in calculating ROI for budget approval.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting while driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience working with long sales cycles in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships through technical understanding of large-scale industrial processes and strong listening skills.
  • High motivation with a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • B. Eng. or equivalent experience.
  • STEM or engineering background or understanding is a bonus.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in a second European language is a bonus.
  • Driving license is a bonus.
  • Master’s of Engineering or equivalent experience is a bonus.
