Description

  • Prepare and finalise artwork for print and digital production specifications.
  • Ensure files are set up correctly with accurate colour profiles, bleed, trims, resolution, formats, and export settings.
  • Produce press-ready print files and production-ready digital assets.
  • Adapt master artwork into multiple sizes, formats, and outputs while preserving creative integrity.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across campaign, retail, OOH, packaging, POS, and digital assets.
  • Conduct detailed pre-flight checks and verify technical compliance before delivery.
  • Maintain version control and organise assets across multiple deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve artwork or output challenges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the motion editor to set up graphics and supers for video and motion content.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong prioritisation, communication, and time management.
  • Contribute to process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Intermediate experience in Figma.
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, grids, and composition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and outputs.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and asset management.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote agency environment.
  • Experience in print production, pre-press, and technical artwork setup is advantageous.
  • Experience designing for web, apps, social, email, eCommerce, and digital advertising is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with design systems, UI libraries, and developer handoff tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end constraints is advantageous.
  • Motion design or micro-interaction experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with enterprise design systems or large brand ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Experience using Slack and Monday.com is advantageous.
