Description

  • Design full-page marketing web experiences in Figma for landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and other conversion-focused site surfaces.
  • Translate product positioning and campaign goals into clear, cohesive page designs that balance brand aesthetics with usability and conversion.
  • Develop and extend the marketing web design system by defining visual patterns, component standards, and scalable page structures.
  • Produce web imagery and visual assets, including photography selections, hero visuals, and campaign graphics, that feel intentional and on-brand.
  • Design marketing creative across social content, paid ads, email, and campaign assets for high-production launches.
  • Build pitch decks and sales collateral for real estate professionals and enterprise brokerages.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across multiple formats and deliverables without compromising output.
  • Apply and extend the Luxury Presence brand system while contributing to brand identity decisions and documentation as needed.
  • Translate product features and positioning into clear visual storytelling in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Handle print deliverables such as event materials, mailers, and branded collateral when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience in a brand, marketing, or in-house creative role; agency experience is welcome.
  • A portfolio showing range across campaigns, decks, digital ads, and collateral with a clear point of view.
  • Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of print production, including file setup, bleed, colour profiles, and vendor specs.
  • Experience designing for the premium or luxury segment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or similar is a nice to have.
  • An obsessive eye for composition, typographic hierarchy, and spatial balance.
  • Taste that leans minimal and editorial, with enough range to adjust to different creative needs.
  • Ability to own creative direction and push back constructively when a brief needs it.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working independently or collaboratively as needed.
