Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Plan annual budgets and prepare campaign breakdowns and stakeholder presentations.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously and work to achieve or exceed target ROI/ROAS.
  • Review analytics and implement conversion rate optimisation initiatives such as A/B testing.
  • Build and manage email retention strategies, including automation and autoresponder sequences.
  • Write ad copy and collaborate with design teams on campaign creatives.
  • Own tracking, reporting, and ad quality control, including delivery of actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets for paid campaigns to maximise performance and efficient spend.
  • Lead and support the junior digital specialist on day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on paid media alignment with content marketing, SEO, and CRO.
  • Educate clients on paid marketing strategies and campaign performance results.
  • Identify new initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid marketing with a proven record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience producing performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ability to plan and execute campaigns across search, display, and social channels.
  • Experience managing budgets for paid campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to the Digital Director and internal teams.
  • Experience using project management software and strong time management skills.
  • Agency background with experience managing multiple clients and campaigns with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to take initiative and manage campaigns end to end.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar preferred.
  • Experience running Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads preferred.
  • Experience in email marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO preferred.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
