Description

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon International and other marketplace product listings, including content, SEO, A+ content, and storefronts.
  • Support inventory forecasting, replenishment, and logistics coordination.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Lead international Amazon marketplace launches and support off-Amazon opportunities across channels such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, and Target.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Define and execute e-commerce growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the e-commerce workflow.
  • Partner with PPC strategists to plan and optimize campaigns, track ad ROI, and guide ad spend allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management with proven Amazon and other marketplace expertise.
  • Demonstrated success scaling Amazon sales, including international market entry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including Amazon PPC, Google, and Facebook.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute independently.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills using Excel, Seller Central reports, and BI tools.
  • Clear, direct communication style with fluency in English.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where wearing multiple hats is essential.
  • Experience expanding brands internationally from US Amazon to other country instances of Amazon is preferred.
  • Advertising experience is preferred.
  • Programming or developer interest/knowledge, such as API connections or Looker reports, is preferred.
