Description

  • Respond to customer tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate to a Team Leader when needed.
  • Provide regular updates on open tickets until they are resolved.
  • Monitor live chat availability and answer chats within the required service time.
  • Review and approve outstanding adverts according to the advert-checking process and documentation.
  • Identify and report fraudulent emails, scams, and suspicious adverts to Trust and Safety staff immediately.
  • Maintain team thresholds for unapproved and fraudulent advert reviews.
  • Complete additional allocated tasks and responsibilities as required.
  • Support ad hoc marketing promotions, social media monitoring, and reception cover when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and support customers.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling enquiries and reviewing information.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and web-based applications.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and data entry tasks.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability, urgency, integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and products.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, customer success, call center, BPO, retail, hospitality, or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Experience handling email, chat, or ticket-based customer support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Experience reviewing online listings, content moderation, or quality assurance tasks is preferred.
  • Exposure to fraud detection, trust and safety, or risk management processes is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns or unusual customer activities is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced digital, e-commerce, or online marketplace environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving processes or customer experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude are encouraged to apply.
