Description

  • Analyze credit indicators from both origination/vintage and portfolio perspectives to support business decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reconciling management figures with financial and accounting results.
  • Explain movements in the allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD) from a business perspective.
  • Perform impact analyses and simulations for new products, credit policy changes, and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Build credit forecasts to support budgeting exercises and budget reviews with the Finance team.
  • Partner closely with Financial Planning, Accounting, and Product teams on credit-related matters.
  • Contribute to optimizing credit processes and shaping credit policies through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in Credit, Allowance for Doubtful Accounts (PDD), and MIS.
  • Background in Financial Planning (FP&A) and Accounting with a focus on Credit.
  • Hands-on experience with credit and delinquency indicators such as FPD, delinquency, over, PDD, roll rates, write-offs, and ROI.
  • Strong financial and accounting perspective applied to the Credit business.
  • Experience with credit products such as Personal Loans, Consumer Credit (CDC), and Credit Cards, especially unsecured lending.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Desirable familiarity with lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services.
  • Preferred experience translating compliance requirements such as KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, and GDPR into resilient systems.
