Description

  • Translate marketing performance into business impact by linking campaign metrics to revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.
  • Monitor channel performance against forecasts to identify optimization opportunities and scale effective strategies.
  • Deliver presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Use data analysis to uncover actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement initiatives that enhance enterprise value.
  • Develop, test, and refine strategies that influence key business outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and staff to support smooth operations.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Science roles in a corporate setting.
  • Advanced degree such as a master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Prior lending, banking, or fintech experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, preferably Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing and Credit to solve business problems.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell clear, accurate stories with data.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required; employer sponsorship is not available.
  • Travel required for the BHG All Oars Experience within the first 6 months, then approximately 5% annually for team on-sites and collaboration.
