Description

  • Support pre-construction, procurement, construction coordination, closeout, and warranty-phase services.
  • Review project plans, budgets, and schedules with owners, designers, and contractors.
  • Identify constructability, delivery, budget, and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate horizontal and vertical construction activities across project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, municipalities, agencies, suppliers, utilities, and owners.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets and resolve issues to support successful delivery.
  • Ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, contracts, and owner expectations.
  • Prepare project reporting and oversee documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction management, owner’s representation, construction administration, project management, or site development.
  • Commercial development or multi-site program experience required; convenience store or gas station experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documentation.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA 30 or related certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
  • Must reside in Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona.
