Description

  • Lead customer implementations by gathering requirements, configuring software, and managing onboarding activities.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and educate users on software features and process improvements.
  • Analyze backend system results to provide insights, resolve issues, and answer customer questions.
  • Build customer relationships and provide implementation guidance, best practices, and ongoing support.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Product Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer interactions, implementation details, and configurations.
  • Generate internal reports on implementation progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Manage an onboarding pipeline of approximately 30–40 customers and conduct 3–4 customer calls daily.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.
  • Experience communicating with customers primarily by phone or virtual meetings.
  • Ability to learn and understand software applications quickly; SaaS, CRM, or client communication software experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams.
  • Ability to self-manage priorities and balance multiple projects in a task-driven environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software.
  • Experience with veterinary SaaS, veterinary clinics, or the broader pet care industry is preferred.
