Description

  • Own implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and go-live timelines.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, implementation meetings, and internal working sessions.
  • Coordinate pharmacy stakeholders, technical teams, Customer Success, and other internal partners.
  • Document current-state pharmacy workflows, including systems, handoffs, business rules, exceptions, and edge cases.
  • Translate pharmacy operations into clear requirements and maintain alignment between documentation, development, testing, and delivery.
  • Provide project updates, communicate decisions and deadlines, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct internal QA and customer readiness testing, track defects, retest fixes, and coordinate customer validation.
  • Coordinate go-live activities and transition implementations into ongoing support.
  • Improve implementation playbooks, documentation standards, templates, testing processes, and handoffs.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating projects, implementations, customer onboarding, operational initiatives, or complex workflows.
  • Working familiarity with pharmacy management systems and pharmacy workflows; this is required.
  • Current or previous pharmacy technician experience is highly desired; registered or certified technicians are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organization, reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to document processes clearly, precisely, and consistently.
  • Excellent professional communication and ability to turn complex discussions into decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities.
  • Comfort surfacing problems early, working through ambiguity, and adapting to evolving processes.
  • Technical curiosity; coding, AI product development, software QA, and prior SaaS implementation experience are not required.
