Description

  • Contribute to measurement strategy by translating business objectives into KPIs, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
  • Design and evolve cross-channel measurement frameworks across media, site, CRM, and healthcare-specific data sources.
  • Execute and oversee ongoing and ad hoc analyses to identify performance drivers, trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Turn reporting into actionable insights and recommendations for client activation and planning teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior and executive audiences.
  • Use SQL and similar query languages to work directly with raw and transformed data for QA, exploration, and validation.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on sourcing, transformations, refresh logic, and QA processes.
  • Use BI tools to model and visualize data.
  • Manage and mentor analysts and managers while supporting growth in technical and client-facing skills.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Activation teams to align on measurement approaches and outputs.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in digital marketing analytics across paid media, search, social, site analytics, and CRM data.
  • Strong background in cross-channel measurement and analytical insight generation.
  • Experience developing and operationalizing KPI frameworks and measurement programs.
  • Healthcare or pharma analytics experience strongly preferred, including claims, specialty pharmacy, HCP data, or Veeva.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data exploration, validation, and analysis.
  • Comfort working with large, complex datasets and multiple data schemas.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, transformations, and analytics QA concepts.
  • Ability to complete basic BI development in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working alongside data engineering or advanced analytics teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across disciplines.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
