Description

  • Manage and prepare weekly, monthly, year-to-date, and full-year revenue reporting.
  • Perform revenue analysis and variance analysis.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for client accounts.
  • Serve as a financial and strategic partner to account leads.
  • Analyze staffing utilization and billability.
  • Review and process statements of work (SOWs).
  • Ensure client scope approvals and manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Track projects effectively and lead recurring project status meetings.
  • Ensure timely billing of agency fees and out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Support accounts receivable, work-in-progress, accrued, and deferred analysis.
  • Assist with audit requests.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leadership and act as a gatekeeper for MSAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of client finance, FP&A, or finance experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-level financial systems; NetSuite and/or OpenAir is a plus.
  • Experience working in an advertising, public relations, or marketing firm is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adjust priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Ability to involve others appropriately in decisions to build support.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to triage messages when appropriate.
  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
