Description

Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee execution across all project phases to keep work on schedule and within financial constraints.
Track project costs against budget and report variances.
Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
Lead project teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting milestone completion.
Run cross-functional meetings to align teams and maintain progress on project goals.
Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues with corrective actions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and conduct inspections/reviews for compliance.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in commercial real estate; 5 years preferred.
Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated vendor management and negotiation experience.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
High initiative, proactive problem-solving, and strong leadership skills.
Ability to make strategic decisions and navigate complex project requirements.
Willingness to travel nationally up to 30%.
Background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States required for final offer.

Benefits

Pay range of $115,000 to $125,000 USD.
