Description

  • Lead the PE Hub team, including workload distribution, performance oversight, and resource forecasting.
  • Define KPIs and PDP metrics, and build development plans and knowledge-sharing routines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory changes across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain team readiness through updates, internal guidance, and consistent operational standards.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls over PE accounting operations.
  • Deliver accurate, predictable PE accounting services and reporting outputs.
  • Research new locations, set up workflows, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows within accounting tools and systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and reporting, including supervision of PE activities (FOP/PE).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and PE-related regulations.
  • Experience with internal controls and risk management in accounting or tax.
  • Ability to manage audits, with internal audit experience required and external audit experience considered a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
  • Experience improving processes and working with accounting systems or ERPs.
  • English level B1+ and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions or cross-border PE setups is a plus.
