Description

  • Set and lead the vision and creation of project experience deliverables.
  • Create and manage deliverables such as experience audits, user research documentation, wireframes, clickable prototypes, functional annotations, customer journeys, and sketches.
  • Collaborate with project managers, account leads, creative leads, executives, and other stakeholders to set project goals.
  • Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights to design work and drive alignment.
  • Maintain design standards and ensure solutions are consistent and user-friendly.
  • Contribute to and critique design work with creative teams on a daily basis.
  • Advocate for a human-centered design process and drive user-centered strategies.
  • Research current digital design trends, tools, and technologies, especially in healthcare.
  • Lead presentations and communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and manage mid-level and junior designers on the experience team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience creating and designing complex digital products or experiences.
  • Interest in healthcare and medicine.
  • Excellent design aesthetic.
  • Deep knowledge of ADA guidelines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to think proactively, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and strong writing and composition abilities.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for pixel-perfect design.
  • Ability to construct clean, organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelines.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and flexible with changing scope and responsibilities.
  • Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
