Description

  • Manage and mentor project management staff, balancing workloads, priorities, and growth plans.
  • Oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and risk plans across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resourcing with discipline leads and recruitment.
  • Lead first-round development of new business scopes and delivery plans.
  • Establish delivery standards for the portfolio and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Own brand-level Gantt charts and integrated calendars.
  • Oversee approximately $7.5 million in revenue across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a macro view of resourcing gaps and needs and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Act as launch leader with clients, manage vendor relationships, and provide delivery leadership in key meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day task management, collaborate with Client Services on reporting, and monitor tools such as OpenAir and PowerBI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7 to 8 years of project management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft 365, and portfolio reporting tools.
  • Healthcare or pharma agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to adjust scope, responsibilities, and focus as needed.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, driven, and resourceful work style with comfort diving into data.
